Individual house Maresme

This is a new construction project, which we carry out in close collaboration with the architect who owns the house. The good existing harmony and the technological advances allowed us to realize a very rewarding and colorful project.
This second residence, located in the middle of the forest with stunning sea views, was carried out in less than a year. It consists of two modules. One on the ground floor, where the four bedrooms are located, type suite, all with access to the garden. The second module, at two heights, concentrates social life.
The landscaping and the exuberant vegetation accompany and highlight the house.

Objectives

Being a large house uniformed materials and paint. All the floors are of tufa, the aluminum joinery, doors and cabinets were built in oak. The furniture is timeless with rustic touches, always looking for comfort.
