Empordà Apartment

This apartment located on the seafront had incredible potential. 85m2 of interior and two huge terraces with wonderful views. We find a very compartmentalized distribution.
Our work consisted in opening the spaces focusing it towards the outside.

Objectives

Our main premise was to gain width by destroying the partitions and the corridor. We distribute the day area uniting living room, kitchen and dining room with direct access to the two terraces. We created two en-suite rooms, with a built-in bathroom.
We use microcement flooring to unify the spaces and give it a fresh, beachy character. Both the cabinets and the bathroom furniture were made of plasterboard and without doors or drawers.
Another common element is the use of linen curtains and natural textiles in all spaces. The neutral color of the walls and ceilings contrasts with the water green that we chose for the kitchen furniture.
