This project was a challenge in every way. It was an apartment of about 100 m2 of a renowned architect of the Ciudad Condal built in the eighties. Despite being a small space it was very compartmentalized. Our clients, a young couple, looked for open spaces of multiple uses. The distribution focused on the living-dining-kitchen-study area as the only space that can be divided by sliding panels. On the other hand two rooms were created in suite, with their respective dressing rooms and bathrooms.

Objectives

Custom-made bookstores were designed in DM, which separate the study lounge area. Spaces were projected looking for functionality and with great warmth, through a palette in tones: white-broken, stones and grays.
As for textiles, we opted for natural fibers such as linen (shawls), silk (curtains) and wool (carpets).
Being a very high floor and three winds, we put extreme care in the modulation and optimization of natural light.
